Matt Reintjes, President and Chief Executive Officer, Director

Matt Reintjes has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of YETI since September 2015 and was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors in March 2016. Matt joined YETI to lead the business through a transformative growth stage and a highly collaborative transition of the founding leadership team. He also oversaw the rapid expansion of YETI’s innovation pipeline and brand reach before taking the company public in 2018.

Prior to joining YETI in 2015, Matt led Vista Outdoor Inc.’s Outdoor Products division and served as Chief Operating Officer of its predecessor, Bushnell Outdoor Products. Before transitioning to the consumer brand world, Matt spent nine years at Danaher Corporation in a variety of operating roles including President of Danaher’s Dental Equipment business group. He started his career in marketing strategy and financial analysis consulting after receiving an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Mike McMullen, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Mike McMullen was named Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of YETI in February 2023 after serving as interim Chief Financial Officer and interim principal accounting officer since October 2022. Mr. McMullen previously served as Vice President of Finance since March 2017 and joined the Company as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in February 2016. Prior to joining YETI, Mr. McMullen served twelve years with Dell Inc. in various financial roles and five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. McMullen holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

S. Faiz Ahmad, Chief Commercial Officer

S. Faiz Ahmad joined YETI in August 2022 as Chief Commercial Officer and brought more than 20 years of global leadership expertise, as well as direct-to-consumer strategy development and global execution experience. Prior to joining YETI, he was CEO, Direct to Consumer at Optum, a subsidiary of United Health Group. While there, he led the creation and go-to-market strategy for Optum’s direct to consumer digital health marketplace for care and pharmacy needs. Previously, he served as Senior Director and Global Head for the Apple Online Store and Apple Retail Market Development for Apple Inc. While at Apple, he was responsible for the growth strategy, including customer acquisition and affinity programs, for Apple’s retail markets. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Delta Airlines, and, in his last role as the Managing Director, managed Delta’s digital and customer facing touch points while overseeing the overall digital strategy, global business development, product roadmaps and experience design. Mr. Ahmad received his Master of Business Administration from Emory University and graduated from the Manipal Institute of Technology in India with a bachelor’s in engineering. Mr. Ahmad serves on the board of directors for LendingClub Corporation (NYSE: LC).

Bryan Barksdale, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Bryan Barksdale has served as our General Counsel since August 2015 and our Secretary since December 2015. Mr. Barksdale was named as a Senior Vice President in September 2018. Prior to joining YETI, Mr. Barksdale served as General Counsel of iFLY Holdings, Inc., a designer, manufacturer, and operator of vertical wind tunnels used in indoor skydiving facilities, and as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Bazaarvoice, Inc., a social commerce software-as-a-service company. Previously, Mr. Barksdale practiced corporate and securities law with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation, with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP and with Andrews Kurth LLP. Mr. Barksdale holds a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin, an M.Ed. from the University of Mississippi, and a J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law where he was Order of the Coif and the Editor-in-Chief of the Washington & Lee Law Review.

Evonne Delaney, Chief Human Resources Officer

Evonne Delaney was named our Chief Human Resources Officer at YETI in July 2022 and joined the Company in July 2021 as the Vice President, Total Rewards and Talent Operations. She brings over two decades of experience in both global and corporate Human Resources environments, with a strong emphasis on effective cross functional partnership development. Prior to her time at YETI, Evonne spent six years at Capri Holdings Limited, most recently as the Vice President, Global Total Rewards & Workday from June 2018 to July 2021 for companies including Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo and Versace. Before that, Evonne spent six years at Siemens Corporation, most recently as the Director, Compensation from August 2013 to July 2015. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Information Systems, Mathematics from Boston College.

Paulie Dery, Chief Marketing Officer

Paulie Dery joined YETI in August 2019 as the Vice President, Brand & Creative and has served as Chief Marketing Officer at YETI since 2022. Paulie heads the premier outdoor brand’s marketing department and has been focused on ensuring more of the world gets to uncover the powerful stories the YETI community has to share as well as a deeper understanding of YETI’s much-loved products. Prior to joining YETI, Paulie served as Uber’s Executive Creative Director from February 2017 to August 2019 and before that, Paulie was GECD of R/GA, one of the world’s top creative agencies, from February 2009 to February 2017. Paulie began his career at M&C Saatchi Australia. He holds a degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of New South Wales.

Marty Duff, SVP, Supply Chain & Operations

Marty Duff joined YETI in November 2022 as SVP, Supply Chain & Operations to oversee all global sourcing, planning, quality, logistics, fulfillment and inventory controls and YETI-wide continuous improvement initiatives. Before joining YETI, Marty spent 11 years at VF Corporation in several supply chain leadership roles. He most recently served as the Vice President, Supply Chain – America’s Region, where he led all supply chain planning, inventory management, customer service, distribution and logistics functions for brands including The North Face, Vans, Supreme, Timberland and Dickies across the US, Canada, Mexico, and distributor markets. Before this role, Marty lived in Hong Kong as the Vice President, Footwear Sourcing & Digital Product Creation for Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Altra and Reef across China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia, and the Philippines. Previous to his time at VF Corporation, Marty spent nine years at Johnson & Johnson and served in a number of operational leadership positions overseeing supply chain and operational logistics for brands such as Neutrogena and the Oral Care business portfolio. Marty holds a B.S. in Marketing and International Business and a M.S. in Business Administration from Penn State University.

Hannah Mara, Vice President, Product Management

Hannah Mara serves as YETI’s Vice President, Product Management, and joined the Company in November 2020. In her role, Hannah develops and drives the execution of YETI’s long-term product strategy and manages the product portfolio. She is an experienced strategy leader and has focused her career on directing strategic planning centered around innovation, transformation and growth. She was previously at Kimberly-Clark Corporation as the Sr. Director, Corporate Strategy from 2018 to 2020, where she oversaw many strategic initiatives including an enterprise-wide commercial transformation. Before her time at Kimberly-Clark, Hannah helped build and lead the wearable technology business at Fossil Group from 2013 to 2018 and prior to that, served as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Hannah received her B.S. in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Duke University and her M.B.A from Georgetown University.
