Matt Reintjes, President and Chief Executive Officer, Director

Matt Reintjes has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of YETI since September 2015 and was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors in March 2016. Matt joined YETI to lead the business through a transformative growth stage and a highly collaborative transition of the founding leadership team. He also oversaw the rapid expansion of YETI’s innovation pipeline and brand reach before taking the company public in 2018.

Prior to joining YETI in 2015, Matt led Vista Outdoor Inc.’s Outdoor Products division and served as Chief Operating Officer of its predecessor, Bushnell Outdoor Products. Before transitioning to the consumer brand world, Matt spent nine years at Danaher Corporation in a variety of operating roles including President of Danaher’s Dental Equipment business group. He started his career in marketing strategy and financial analysis consulting after receiving an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Paul Carbone, Chief Financial Officer

Paul Carbone has served as Chief Financial Officer of YETI since June 2018. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Carbone served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for specialty retailer The Talbots, Inc. from April 2017 to February 2018. Prior to Talbots, Mr. Carbone was on the leadership team of Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc., including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from June 2012 to April 2017 and as Vice President, Finance and Strategy from September 2008 to June 2012. Prior to Dunkin’, Mr. Carbone served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tween Brands, Inc. from 2006 to 2008 as well as Vice President, Finance for Victoria’s Secret of L Brands, Inc. (formerly known as Limited Brands, Inc.) from 2005 to 2006. Mr. Carbone holds a B.S. in Hotel Management from the University of Massachusetts, a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, and a M.B.A. from the University of Illinois.

Faiz Ahmad, Chief Commercial Officer

Faiz Ahmad joined YETI in August 2022 as the Chief Commercial Officer and brought more than 20 years of global leadership expertise, as well as direct-to-consumer strategy development and execution experience. Before joining YETI, Faiz spent two years at UnitedHealth Group, most recently serving as CEO, DTC at Optum. Prior to that, he was the Global Head and Senior Director, Worldwide Apple Online Store and Retail Market Development at Apple from February 2015 to July 2019 and before that, spent 15 years at Delta, most recently as the Managing Director, eCommerce and Digital. Faiz holds two MBA degrees from Emory University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Manipal Institute of Technology in Manipal, Kamataka, India.

Bryan Barksdale, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Bryan Barksdale has served as our General Counsel since August 2015 and our Secretary since December 2015. Mr. Barksdale was named as a Senior Vice President in September 2018. Prior to joining YETI, Mr. Barksdale served as General Counsel of iFLY Holdings, Inc., a designer, manufacturer, and operator of vertical wind tunnels used in indoor skydiving facilities, and as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Bazaarvoice, Inc., a social commerce software-as-a-service company. Previously, Mr. Barksdale practiced corporate and securities law with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation, with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP and with Andrews Kurth LLP. Mr. Barksdale holds a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin, an M.Ed. from the University of Mississippi, and a J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law where he was Order of the Coif and the Editor-in-Chief of the Washington & Lee Law Review.

Evonne Delaney, Chief Human Resources Officer

Evonne Delaney was named our Chief Human Resources Officer at YETI in July 2022 and joined the Company in July 2021 as the Vice President, Total Rewards and Talent Operations. She brings over two decades of experience in both global and corporate Human Resources environments, with a strong emphasis on effective cross functional partnership development. Prior to her time at YETI, Evonne spent six years at Capri Holdings Limited, most recently as the Vice President, Global Total Rewards & Workday from June 2018 to July 2021 for companies including Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo and Versace. Before that, Evonne spent six years at Siemens Corporation, most recently as the Director, Compensation from August 2013 to July 2015. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Information Systems, Mathematics from Boston College.

Paulie Dery, Chief Marketing Officer

Paulie Dery joined YETI in August 2019 as the Vice President, Brand & Creative and has served as Chief Marketing Officer at YETI since 2022. Paulie heads the premier outdoor brand’s marketing department and has been focused on ensuring more of the world gets to uncover the powerful stories the YETI community has to share as well as a deeper understanding of YETI’s much-loved products. Prior to joining YETI, Paulie served as Uber’s Executive Creative Director from February 2017 to August 2019 and before that, Paulie was GECD of R/GA, one of the world’s top creative agencies, from February 2009 to February 2017. Paulie began his career at M&C Saatchi Australia. He holds a degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of New South Wales.

Elliott Lyons, Vice President of Research & Development

Elliott Lyons was named the Vice President of Research & Development at YETI in November 2021. Elliott brings over 30 years of experience across a diverse range of industries, with a proven track record of success in engineering, product development, program management and operations. Prior to joining YETI, Elliott served as Head of Whole Life Engineering for Raytheon Technologies’ Communication & Airspace Management Systems business from October 2018 to November 2021. Before his time at Raytheon, Mr. Lyons was CEO of Costello Electric Company, a commercial and industrial electrical contractor company, from 2014 to 2018. Previous to Costello Electric, Mr. Lyons served as Corporate Vice President and President of the Commercial Vehicle Products Group for Leggett & Platt, Incorporated from 2006 to 2014. Preceding Leggett & Platt, Mr. Lyons served from 2002 to 2006 as Group Director of Engineering and Product Development for the Vocational Truck and Global Defense & Export Business of Navistar International Corporation. Mr. Lyons holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Hannah Mara, Vice President, Product Management

Hannah Mara serves as YETI’s Vice President, Product Management, and joined the Company in November 2020. In her role, Hannah develops and drives the execution of YETI’s long-term product strategy and manages the product portfolio. She is an experienced strategy leader and has focused her career on directing strategic planning centered around innovation, transformation and growth. She was previously at Kimberly-Clark Corporation as the Sr. Director, Corporate Strategy from 2018 to 2020, where she oversaw many strategic initiatives including an enterprise-wide commercial transformation. Before her time at Kimberly-Clark, Hannah helped build and lead the wearable technology business at Fossil Group from 2013 to 2018 and prior to that, served as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Hannah received her B.S. in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Duke University and her M.B.A from Georgetown University.

Kirk Zambetti, Senior Vice President of Sales

Kirk Zambetti has been YETI’s Vice President of Sales since August 2016 and was named Senior Vice President of Sales in September 2018. Prior to joining YETI, Mr. Zambetti was the Vice President of Sales for North America for Danaher’s Dental Technologies division from October 2008 to August 2016, and was Director of Key Accounts, North America dating back to March 2007. Prior to Danaher, Mr. Zambetti held various commercial leadership and sales roles with leading medical device manufacturers and distributors, including Siemens, ANSI, Urologix, and PSS WorldMedical. Mr. Zambetti holds a B.A. in History from Hampden-Sydney College.
